What is minimum Price for reservation?
Yes, minimum booking rate is $55 for 3 hours.
Do you charge for Waiting or Stopover?
Not upto 15 minutes total on a regular trip & upto 1 hour on a round trip, after that charges of $15 for every 15 minutes apply.
Can I cancel my reservation ?
Yes, you need to call in & confirm your cancellation, minimum 3 hrs before your scheduled pickup time. No cancellations are accepted if there is less than 3 hours left for your pickup.
To cancel your reservation Call up +1 (734) 673-6225 to speak to our executive & confirm your cancellation. You will receive a cancellation confirmation on your email if you made an online reservation.
Are all your vehicles fully insured and licensed ?
Yes. Fully insured & licensed to operate in & around Michigan
If you do not see your chauffeur at the scheduled time, call us on 734-673-6225 in within 30 minutes & we shall track your chauffeur & inform you. If the phone line is busy, please leave a voice message. Failure to inform us will be considered as No Show-up condition whereby you will be charged with full amount for the reservation
Where do I meet my Chauffeur for pick-up?
Depending on your different location & occasions your Chauffeur greets you:
- At Airport for domestic arrival ====> at baggage claim area
- At Airport for international arrival ====> outside customs clearance area
- At a Hotel ====> outside the main lobby area
- At a Residence place ====> outside at an available parking area
- At a Cruise Port ====> Below the docking area where your cruise ship will stage
How do you accept payments and when do I Pay ?
All major credit cards are accepted. These include American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Diners Club and Visa. We may require a credit card for verification purposes at the time of reservation, but you will not be charged until the day you actually avail our services. You can even pay cash afterwards.
